Shipping policy
Order Processing
All LiliLaVal DTF transfers are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
Any free-shipping promotions or order minimums will be automatically applied at checkout when the order qualifies.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information after your shipping label has been created.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact hello@lililaval.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.
LiliLaVal is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and carrier delays may be outside of LiliLaVal's control.
If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact hello@lililaval.com with your order number and details about the issue. For damaged shipments, please include clear photos of the packaging and affected products.
We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates or transit times displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of LiliLaVal's control may affect delivery.
International Shipping
LiliLaVal currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
